Who’s hiring in WordPress? (Spring edition)

This is the second “Who’s hiring” post, and the last one was very successful. I know of a few people that got full time jobs and contract work based on conversations started from that post.

I consistently find people looking for WordPress developers and designers, for both full time positions and contract work. Periodically, I also see folks looking for new opportunities. I think a quarterly gap, or roundabout, from the previous post seems about right. I’ve seen quite a few new openings since February.

To participate, simply comment on this post, with as much of the following information you care to share:

  • Hiring or hireable
  • Full time or contract
  • Genre of WordPress related work
  • Remote or on location
  • Link to resume, portfolio or job description
  • Preferred start date
  • Estimated budget / salary range
  • Means for contacting you

Please use your name as the “Name” field of the comment, and not your company name. Basically, don’t be spammy in any way. And please be nice. Finally, please list serious projects and job opportunities only.

  1. I’m available for any BuddyPress work specifically design, UI, UX, front end dev and theme. I’m keen on exploring any full time positions if there are any that allow me to focus on community design and BuddyPress. For the right full time role if it was needed I am open to considering relocation, but I am also very experienced with remote working so happy to continue that.

Along with full time roles, I am also open to contract roles and currently work on contract roles for a wide range of clients.

  2. My employers Metronet are hiring …

Job is in beautiful Oslo, Norway. Tasks will mostly involve implementing WordPress powered sites from specs prepared by our design team. The websites vary from very simple through to very complex.

We currently have over a dozen dedicated WordPress developers, but are growing fast and need to hire more people to cope with demand.

It helps if you are legally eligible to work in Norway, but is not a requirement as we can assist with obtaining the necessary work visa for a suitable applicant.
